UNI / WEBSITE FORMS

Privacy notice.

Updated October 15, 2026. This notice describes how UnI Dispatch and Logistics uses information submitted through this website.

What you share

The forms collect your name, company, email, phone number, contact preference, and the profile or inquiry details you choose to provide. Driver and carrier profiles may include public carrier identifiers, vehicle specifications, equipment category, reported driver’s license class (not the license number), routes, availability, and self-reported air-cargo readiness and primary freight preference. Port-to-airport inquiries may include the destination airport, customs and pickup release status, shipment timing and nonhazardous freight confirmation.

How the information is used

UnI uses your submission to review service suitability, respond to your inquiry, and discuss possible onboarding. Your contact preference applies to communication about your inquiry; it does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.

How submissions are processed

General and freight-partner inquiries use FormSubmit to send their contents to tamara.h@unimovelogistics.com, a Microsoft 365 business mailbox. FormSubmit’s documentation states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Its spam-protection check may also involve Google reCAPTCHA.

Read the provider’s privacy terms and submission documentation. Email copies may remain in UnI’s mailbox as needed for inquiry follow-up, onboarding, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Private operations records

Driver and carrier intake submissions are saved directly in UnI’s private operations workspace for intake review, onboarding, assignments, schedules and payment records. Access is restricted to the owner and staff whose individual accounts the owner has approved. Approved staff can access operational records, documents, agreements and financial records. UnI retains these records as needed for business follow-up and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Limited submission counters are used to reduce automated abuse.

Hellotracks is the planned driver tracking system. This website does not currently collect live location data or automatically send profiles or assignments to Hellotracks. Tracking access and any information sharing will be arranged during onboarding.

Dispatch authorizations and uploaded documents

After carrier intake, the private signing step collects carrier company details, MC/USDOT numbers when applicable, the authorized signer’s name and title, consent, signing timestamp, agreement version and document integrity hashes. It accepts operating authority and Certificate of Insurance uploads. Signed PDFs and uploads are saved in private cloud file storage and linked to the carrier’s intake. Supporting documents are accessible only to the UnI owner and authorized staff; an expiring private intake session permits the submitter to download their agreement PDF.

Agreement PDF copies are submitted through FormSubmit to UnI and the email supplied during intake. Authority and insurance uploads remain in private storage and are not attached to that email. UnI retains signed records and supporting documents for onboarding and applicable business recordkeeping. An electronic signature does not automatically approve a carrier or verify reported credentials. The website records use of the email handoff but does not independently verify inbox delivery.

Administrative support

Administrative inquiries collect business contact details, equipment category, requested services and approximate work volume. Requests are saved in the private operations workspace. Administrative records may include agreed service scope and fees, tasks, billing references, carrier invoice drafts and reported payment status.

An expiring private client link permits requested business-document uploads and, when offered, review and electronic acceptance of that client’s administrative agreement. Links expire after seven days, may be revoked and permit a limited number of uploads. Anyone holding a link can exercise its limited access; share it only with the intended client. Supporting files are downloadable only by the UnI owner and authorized staff. Uploaded PDF, JPEG and PNG files are stored privately with integrity hashes, upload timestamps and any supplied expiration date. Each upload is retained as a separate record.

Administrative agreement records preserve offered terms, the authorized UnI representative, client-provided signer details, affirmative consent, agreement integrity hash and timestamps. The client can download the agreement through its private link. Signing identity and authority are self-reported and reviewed during onboarding. Administrative invoices and receipts are separate from dispatch fees. These records do not automatically send emails, collect funds or synchronize with accounting software. Records are retained for the agreed services and applicable business recordkeeping; contact UnI about corrections or access.

Supporting documents

Do not submit Social Security numbers, birth dates, driver’s license images, banking information, security assessment numbers, or insurance documents through these initial forms. Operating authority and insurance documents may be uploaded through the dedicated private Step 2 dispatch authorization form or a private administrative-support request. Submit other requested business records only through the applicable private upload form.

Questions and corrections

For privacy questions, corrections, or a request to remove your inquiry information, contact UnI at tamara.h@unimovelogistics.com. UnI will review the request alongside any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Team access records

When a person requests workspace access, UnI stores their authenticated account identifier, account email, display name, request status and timestamps. The owner must approve access before any operational records become available. Access requests, approvals and revocations are logged with the acting account identifier. Only the owner can review and manage membership. Revocation blocks further workspace requests but cannot recall previously viewed or downloaded information.
