PORT FREIGHT WITH AN AIRPORT DESTINATION

Port-to-Airport Freight

We coordinate airport-bound freight from Houston-area port terminals, cargo warehouses and suppliers to the receiving airport cargo facility or designated air-forwarder station. The airport destination is determined by the shipment’s onward air movement and carrier availability.

Emergency parts and small shipments are welcome, along with other nonhazardous freight that fits a high-roof Sprinter van or 26-foot box truck. All freight must be released for pickup; imported cargo must have cleared customs.

01

Port Pickup

We confirm cargo release, pickup readiness, access and loading arrangements at the port-area terminal, warehouse or supplier.

02

Ground Transfer

The airport-bound move is reviewed against the carrier’s preferred routes, service area, equipment and delivery deadline.

03

Airport Handoff

We confirm the receiving cargo facility or air-forwarder station, its acceptance cutoff and the required delivery documentation.

Airport-bound freight is our port service focus. The destination and route are reviewed for each shipment; dedicated routes and available capacity are not guaranteed. Shipment dimensions, door clearance, legal payload, loading needs, access and insurance are confirmed for each assignment.

HOS / ELD-exempt expedited van operations

Qualifying standalone cargo vans below 10,001 lb in both manufacturer-rated GVWR and actual loaded weight, without placarded hazardous materials or qualifying passenger use, operate outside the federal CMV definition and its HOS / ELD requirements. Trailer combinations and applicable state rules can change the requirements. We review the specific operation and plan safe expedited schedules.

DISPATCH SUPPORT FOR OWNER-OPERATORS & FLEETS

What We Offer
Carriers

Dispatch support built around high-value freight, clear written terms and billing-ready shipment records. Your carrier retains control of load acceptance and transportation.

01

Load Selection & Rate Review

We seek suitable freight through aviation, marine and industrial freight partners, brokers and 3PLs, alongside appropriate load-board opportunities. We review lane rates, empty miles (deadhead), handling demands and recurring opportunities, then negotiate in your carrier’s name under your dispatch authorization.

02

Accessorial Terms & Tracking

We confirm written terms for waiting time (detention), liftgate charges and after-hours premiums before load acceptance. We track arrival, release and supporting records so your carrier can pursue the accessorial charges agreed for the shipment.

03

Release, Air Waybill & Delivery Records

We organize air waybill (AWB) references, cargo-release instructions, applicable customs references and proof of delivery (POD). Complete shipment records support accurate carrier billing and timely follow-up.
